dead poets society is wrong
for glorifying only a few
dead poets.

most people today
know less than ten poets
of which most are dead.

a better film would be living poets society
which glorifies millions of poets
living amongst us.

abortion
is the most honest metric
for how awesome our society is
because
if mothers prefer
to kill their children
out of fear of them living in this world
then we are not doing so well.

the better the world mothers live in
the less abortions there will be.

it is easiest to live in the past.
it is harder to live in the future.
it is almost impossible to live in the present.

living in the present
is how i imagine it to be
on very strong drugs.

you are completely unburdened by
the past or the future
and you completely enjoy
one nanosecond at a time.

try living in the present.
it is impossibly hard yet incredibly satisfying.

if yes,
then you are an idiot
who paid to be
a living advert
for cars slightly more expensive
than normal cars
that contain visual associations
to your supercar.

i am 5 kilos overweight
because i choose to
have dinners with my kids
instead of
living a few years longer.
i am not sure but
my kids could be
more fun at dinner tonight
than in 2060.
anyway,
i am managing the risk
with a lot of medicine.

poetry is the ultimate use of language
and i have been writing poetry for decades
and i still struggle with language
because it is so limited and primitive.
using language seems like an incredible compromise
where i lose 99 % of who i am.
i can not imagine how other people feel
who do not have the time to practice as much as i do.
it must be like living in the darkest deepest hole
of loneliness where no one can understand you
and you are forced to somehow
go through your life without anyone
knowing who you are.
it is as if you are a hamster.

living so long is boring.
I think we were not meant
to live so long.
I can not remember
most of my life anyway
because it is so long.
the only thing that makes sense
is to be with the kids.
now i just have to
invent some stuff to do
to fill few more years.
I miss war.

i am not good with dental hygene
my three minutes three times a day
are actually one minute twice a day
but somehow
every time I start brushing my teeth
my partner rushes in
and sits on the toilet saying:
“i really have to!”
every single time!
i miss brushing my teeth without
the fart echo behind me.
is it too much to ask that
taste and smell senses match.
